Crispy Napoleon / Mille-feuille. Assemble it yourself!

If you love a crispy Napoleon, it should be assembled 1 hour before serving. That way, it won’t have time to soak and will stay crunchy. For this, we offer you an interactive version of the cake.
You receive a box with 5 layers and 4 cream bags, a cake board, and a transport box.
Cake assembly instructions:
Spread a small amount of cream (about one tablespoon) in the center of the cake board. Carefully (the layers are very fragile), place the first layer on top. Take one pastry bag with cream, cut off the tip, and spread the cream evenly over the layer using a spoon or spatula. Repeat the same process with the remaining layers, except for the last one — you should have 4 layers and 4 cream fillings. Break the last layer into small crumbs by hand and sprinkle them over the top layer of cream.
Place the finished cake in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes. After that, it can be cut and served. If you want your Napoleon to stay crispy, do not leave it in the fridge for more than 1 hour.
